UPI services to link bank account and use in apps including Gpay, Paytm, Phonepe,

Modern mobile banking services are also available for Kerala Bank customers

Two mobile banking applications have been prepared for the customers.

The applications will be available under the name KB Prime for individual customers and KB Prime Plus for corporate customers including primary cooperatives.

KB Prime Mobile Application

It will be available to the public on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Below are the services currently available in KB Prime

  • Registration Procedures Using ATM Card or BankToken
  • Account details based on customer number
  • Facility to know balance amount
  • Facilities to download mini statement, detailed account statement and email
  • Mobile passbook facility
  • Facility to know details of Fixed Deposit, Recurring Deposit and Loans
  • Facility to remit up to 10 lakhs per day using IMPS, NEFT, RTGS
  • Facility to transfer money between own accounts
  • Facility to transfer funds to any other account permitted in Kerala Bank
  • Facility for repayment of loan and recurring deposit
  • Bill Payment facilities including KSEB, Water Authority Bill Payment and Phone & DTH Recharge
  • Beneficiary Management Facility
  • Facility to Limit Transactions
  • Security system using MPIN, TPIN and Biometrics
  • Ease of use in English and Malayalam languages

KB Prime Plus Mobile Application

KB Prime Plus will initially be available as a Closed User Group to eligible corporate customers, including Prime Co-operatives, and subsequently on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

These include the following facilities

  • Facility to know account balance
  • Facilities for downloading and emailing account statement
  • Facility of remittance to accounts within and outside the bank

Apart from these, the services available separately are as follows

  • Transaction procedures requiring approval at the maker, checker and authorizer levels depending on the nature of the institution and the need
  • Retail mobile banking convenience for individual traders
  • Facility to operate from different branches as per requirement for organizations having more than one branch.
  • Maker Checker security system using MPIN, TPIN and OTP biometrics
