It is a facility used by Bank to send messages to customers' mobile phones using SMS messaging.
SMS alerts will be sent for transactions through debit card, for ATM cash withdrawals, NEFT and RTGS transactions once funds are credited in the beneficiary account. These are non-chargeable.
