| This personal loan is given to meet any type of personal requirement/expenditure of the existing customer. The facility is available subject to regular repayments of the existing loan. (For any legitimate purpose only) The loan is given for those who have already taken loan from the bank with property as collateral. |

| Guarantee /Security | Loan will be secured through extension of mortgage of the property already mortgaged to our bank. For this, procedures including re-evaluation of pledged property is a must. The property must have the necessary value. |
